Queen or King

The Head of a kingdom is the King. His wife is the queen.

At present the Head of the United Kingdoms is Honorable and Respected Her Royal Highness. She should not be called “Queen”, because She is the Head of the kingdom and, therefore, Her Royal Highness She should rather be called “The King”. Any attempt to call the Head of a kingdom “Queen” is an oppression on woman, as the modern Sociology-literature implies to mean. Should the world go for corrections in modern dictionaries accordingly or let go things like this ?

Auxiliary  question arises — ‘Can we find one single word for “he” and “she”; “her” and “his”, as was done in case of “they” (?)’.
